These are the Terms and Conditions that will apply to your booking with The Liberated Woman. Please read them carefully, as you will be bound by them.
RETREATS
Confirmation of your participation does not necessarily mean that your retreat is confirmed to run. We ask that you refrain from purchasing non-refundable travel until you receive an official confirmation email from The Liberated Woman team. In order for our retreats to take place, we require a minimum of 6 participants.
Please note that The Liberated Woman only offers retreats and related activities to those 18 years of age and over.

This retreat is strictly non-refundable.

When securing your space, you agree to these terms and conditions.

In the event of extreme crisis / illness participants may apply to transfer their course fees to a future course, retreat or training with The Liberated Woman (either online or in person) OR privately sell their space to a friend.
Please note that is is your responsibility to find this friend, not The Liberated Woman's. -
In the event of extreme crisis of illness participants MUST prove this by showing a Doctor’s Certificate or something of similar validity.

Transfered fees must be used within an 18month period.

The Liberated Woman must be notified of any name changes at least 7 days before retreat commencement.

Application to transfer fees due to crisis / extreme illness but be requested a minimum of three weeks before retreat commencement.
MENTAL WELLBEING DECLARATION
By booking a retreat with The Liberated Woman, you acknowledge that our programmes are designed for personal development and growth and are not a substitute for professional mental health care. We are not a crisis team and cannot provide support for individuals experiencing severe mental health conditions, including but not limited to schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, severe depression, or suicidal thoughts or attempts.
By signing up for this retreat, you declare that you are mentally well and capable of fully participating in the programme. If you are currently under professional mental health care or have concerns about your ability to engage in this work, we strongly advise consulting a qualified healthcare provider before booking.
PAYMENT PLANS
All payment plans must be honoured once started.
Deposit Agreement: Any initial deposits or payments made by the Client serve as acknowledgment and agreement to comply with the outlined payment schedule. Therefore, the remaining balance is still required to be paid
MEDICAL CONDITIONS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Clients must disclose any medical conditions, disabilities, or limitations—including current medications—on the booking form. Failure to notify us may result in being unable to participate in certain retreat activities at your own expense.
It is essential that you are accurate about your health and fitness levels for your safety.
We will do our best to meet dietary or physical accommodation requests, but such requests are not guaranteed and are not part of the contract.
CANCELLATION OF A RETREAT BY THE LIBERATED WOMAN
We reserve the right to cancel a retreat for any reason, but will not cancel less than 15 days before the start date, except in unforeseen or exceptional circumstances.
If we cancel:

You may transfer your payment to another retreat within 6 months.

We are not responsible for any expenses or losses (e.g., non-refundable travel, missed work, etc.).
If the replacement retreat is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference.
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
All travel arrangements, including rail, bus, and airfare, are not included in the retreat price. We advise waiting until your place is officially confirmed before booking non-refundable travel.
REMOVAL POLICY
Our facilitators reserve the right to remove any participant, without refund, if their behavior:

Endangers themselves or others

Disrupts the group experience

Disrespects boundaries or retreat agreements
Any travel costs resulting from early removal must be covered by the participant.
TWERKSHOPS​

Tickets and passes booked for twerkshops are non refundable - if you unable to attend, please get in touch and we may be able to transfer your booking.​
TWERK LIBERATION COURSE​​​

This course is strictly non-refundable.
